    铜包铝线

    铜包铝线是指在铝芯线上包覆薄的铜层,并使铜和铝界面上的原子键产生冶金结合,形成的一种新的导体材料。它既发挥了铜的优良导电性和铝的质量轻的特点,又克服了铝易氧化、接触电阻大、接头难以焊接的弊端,并大大节省了我国稀缺的铜资源、降低了导体的成本。因此,在我国线缆行业中正在逐步扩大其应用范围。
    Copper-clad aluminium wire is a new kind of conductor material, which is coated with thin copper layer on aluminium core wire and metallurgical bonds on the interface between copper and aluminium. It not only gives full play to the excellent conductivity of copper and the light quality of aluminium, but also overcomes the shortcomings of aluminium which is easy to oxidize, high contact resistance and difficult to weld joints. It also greatly saves the scarce copper resources in China and reduces the cost of conductors. Therefore, the cable industry in China is gradually expanding its scope of application.
    铜包铝线的横截面上铜层面积所占的比例称为“铜层体积比”。铜包铝线按铜层体积比可分为:

    a.铜层体积占8%~ 12%的用10%表示;

    b.铜层体积占13%~ 17%的用15%表示。

    铜包铝线按加工后的状态可分为:

    a.保留了拉拔时加工硬化状态的硬态导体;
    A. The hard conductor in working hardening state during drawing is retained.
    b.通过退火将加工硬化现象消除的软态导体。
    B. Soft conductors that eliminate work hardening by annealing.
    铜包铝线的各项物理性能和力学性能介于铜线和铝线两者之间。在化学性能方面,铜线的表面抗氧化性能较好;铝线的表面易于氧化,形成氧化铝,增大了导线的接触电阻;铜包铝线表面的铜层隔断了铝线表面与空气的接触,因而抗氧化性能较好,但导线的端面暴露出铜与铝两种金属,由于两者的电极电位相差很大,在潮湿的介质中易产生电化学腐蚀,这是使用时应注意的。
